About the project

The cooperation began with a technical review of patterns and specifications, followed by fabric selection aligned with performance requirements such as breathability, stretch, and wash resistance. Sampling was developed and refined through multiple fit checks to ensure consistency across sizes before bulk approval.

Production was executed in controlled stages, with separate workflows for cutting, sewing, and quality control, allowing us to maintain stable timelines and minimize variance between units. Particular attention was given to seam strength, stitching density, and garment balance, critical for activewear products exposed to frequent movement and washing.

Final pieces underwent multi-stage quality inspection, covering measurements, construction accuracy, and finishing standards, before packing and delivery. The result was a production run that met PowerZone’s expectations for both functional performance and brand presentation, and established a workflow suitable for future repeat orders and scaling.

This collaboration reflects our approach to working with growing brands: clear specifications, disciplined production, and long-term manufacturing reliability rather than one-off output.
